Jan Schneider and Carsten Steiling are appointed joint Managing Directors of SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, SCHRADER Fluid Technology GmbH, SCHRADER Apparatebau GmbH and SCHRADER Engineering und Service GmbH alongside Dirk Darmstädter.
2017
To consolidate expertise, SCHRADER Fluid Technology GmbH is founded in Ennigerloh. The former SCHRADER Rohrleitungsbau GmbH is merged with the Surface Technology division for the automotive industry and its suppliers, which previously formed part of SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik.
2016
Dirk Darmstädter founds SCHRADER Engineering und Service GmbH in Greifswald to support SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik in the areas of engineering, design and after sales service. He also envisages closer cooperation with Eastern European countries.
2013
Dirk Darmstädter founds SCHRADER Personaldienst GmbH in Ennigerloh to compensate for fluctuating personnel requirements in the project and installation business and to ensure improved availability of skilled personnel.
2012
Dirk Darmstädter becomes the sole shareholder and Managing Director of the three SCHRADER companies.
1998
Ludwig Schrader steps down completely as Managing Director of the three SCHRADER companies and sells a significant number of shares to Dirk Darmstädter and Michael Lüdecke, two long-standing employees. At the same time, he appoints them as joint Managing Directors of the companies.
1992
Ludwig Schrader founds SCHRADER Anlagenbau GmbH in Eilenburg/Saxony, which manufactures steel structures for the Ennigerloh plant and for companies in the Leipzig area. However, as the company is acting increasingly as a service provider for SCHRADER Rohrleitungsbau GmbH, the Eilenburg site is abandoned in 2001 and the installation teams are integrated into the plant engineering and pipeline manufacturing divisions.

Owing to the companies’ steady growth and also to make room for future developments, a company site with an area of 45,000m² and 12,000m² production halls is acquired in Ennigerloh. The three companies will subsequently be merged at the new location and will, in future, operate under the names SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, SCHRADER Rohrleitungsbau GmbH and SCHRADER Apparatebau GmbH.
1987
Ludwig Schrader becomes the sole shareholder and Managing Director of the three companies, which now employ a workforce of 120 people, an approx. 4,000m² factory site in Beckum and an office in Ennigerloh.
1980
Ludwig Schrader and other partners found RBE-Rohrleitungsbau GmbH in Beckum to offer installation services as an independent company.
1979
SCHRADER acquires an equipment manufacturer from Beckum and continues the business under the name RBE-Apparatebau GmbH. Equipment and containers are produced in-house for the first time.
1972
The company headquarters is moved from Beckum-Neubeckum to Ennigerloh-Enniger.
1969
Ludwig Schrader founds SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH in Beckum, which develops and designs explosives loading equipment and mixing systems as well as silo and dosing systems for the food and chemical industries.
